When you wish to celebrate a special event, a wedding or retirement perhaps, a significant birthday, or even moving into a new home, then have you ever thought about commissioning a painting? Working with an artist, making decisions together about the subject, size, medium and framing can be a very enjoyable time at the end of whch you will have a really special painting, something to be treasured for a long time.

Where do I start?

• Send me an email or give me a call on 0208 660 4982 to discuss your ideas and set up an initial meeting (free of charge within a 60 mile radius of my studio).
• Following this, I will produce at least two colour sketches based on our discussion, followed by a second meeting to present our ideas and agree what you would like me to paint for you.
• Once you are completely happy with all the plans, costs and time deadline, you will then sign a contract and pay a deposit (min of £50.00 or 20% of the total cost whichever is greater). If despite all the planning, you are at all unhappy with the finished painting, you have no need to accept it, but you will lose the deposit.
• The final outcome. You receive a personalised painting and something to treasure for a long time.
• And the cost. For a medium-sized unframed oil painting from £350.00 (depending upon the amount of research needed) but always agreed in advance along with a fixed delivery deadline.
